Maintenence: Wipe with water and clean cloth, don’t use cleaners. Wipe gasket with Silicone spray and clean cloth to reduce friction.

Do we offer custom builds?
Zero 4 also offers a 30″ x 14″ window. If you have another size in mind, let’s talk. Minimum order quantities apply. Contact us: [email protected]
Installation Instructions?
Mounting with Gasket: Add a 1/2″ spacer block behind each hinge and EZ Tabs to get correct spacing for gasket to seal against wall. Center window in finished opening and attach hinges with screws. For 30″ Window, EZ Tabs install 6″ in from the outside edge at the opposite side of the hinge. On 42″ Window, EZ Tabs install 10″ in from the outside edge at the opposite side of the hinge. The screw for EZ Tab should be tight but still allow the tab to rotate.
Mounting without Gasket: Press the window to your gasket mounted in the finished opening and measure the distance from the wall side of the hinge to the wall. This is the thickness of a spacer block you need for the hinges and closure tabs.
Can I pick up my windows instead of shipping them?

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If you can sign for your package, mark it as damaged when you recieve it. Send us an email with a description of the damage and photos for our claims process. We will get a replacement processed and sent back out to you.
Will the window freeze shut?
Yes, just like your truck door. Run the blind heater for 10 minutes to warm it up.
