Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused and undamaged) with any original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for mailing the item back to us at their own expense.

Refunds & Store Credit:

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product or provide store credit if you prefer.

  • Please note: shipping costs and sales tax are non-refundable.

How to Return:

  2. Package the item securely and mail it to N6100 Johnson Rd, Portage, WI 53901.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund or store credit issuance.
